Purchased this thermometer at an Antique store in Lombardy May 10/ 13 for $20. I had seen it the previous summer while hunting for SF stuff. Asked for it for Christmas 2012. When a different thermometer ended up as a gift I thought this one had sold. I walked in the next May as I was driving by, walked right up to where I knew it had been, and scooped it up. I wasn't 5 minutes in the store. It certainly made my day.

Smiths Falls Blanket
Received this blanket for Christmas from my parents in 2012. I remember these blankets hanging in the Rowat's Flowers window for sale when I was in high school. When I was opening this gift, I thought it was a pair of pants or a sweater. I was BLOWN AWAY when I realized what it was. I had wanted one of these for my collection since I had started. I just never knew where to look. Turns out a friend of my mom's had one. The best christmas gift I can remember. Thanks Mom & Dad!

1946 Smiths Falls Directory
I found this directory by placing an ad on Kijijii, looking for Smiths Falls Memorabilia. A guy from Perth contacted me. Just so happens, he collects Perth items and came across this. Purchase price $20
Frost & Wood Hammer
As luck would have it, I was talking to a co-worker about my Smiths Falls collection. The following weekend he was having breakfast with relatives, an uncle to happens to wholesale antiques. Well didn't the uncle just happen to have a Frost & Wood hammer in his truck that he had picked up resently. I was sent a picture via text. And I replied SOLD! $50.
Frost & Wood Implement Tool Box Cover
One of my very first Frost & Wood items. I was very excited when I came across this tool box cover on EBay. I was shown a picture of a lid the same as this that had been painted, and looked really sharp. I began removing the rust as you can see, and ended up rounding some of the lettering. I then stopped. I believe purchase price was $50-60 with shipping.
Beach Cash Box
Scooped up this Beach cashbox on EBay. The only Beach item I have so far. Perfect for keeping my Settlers days coins and dollar bills, as well as some old paperwork.
